You can not fix what you can’t find. If the DRIVER is not addressed, then the DYSFUNCTION will never resolve. We take the time to take a complete history, go over blood work (order if necessary), and utilize a method called Systems Health Care to narrow the problem down further. There is always a driver to dysfunction in the body – it is NOT spontaneous or random.

Fixing thyroid issues involve very specific dietary adjustments and not a shot gun approach (removing all foods). We will work to find every straight forward and complicated solution. It is important to take a holistic approach and look at every component driving those dysfunctions.

We may recommend lifestyle changes that will vary between avoiding provoking activities, dietary changes, and supplement recommendations if necessary.
